Return Policy

Integritas is the Latin word for integrity. Integrity means that if you’re not happy, we’re not happy.

If something is wrong with your order, we want the chance to make it right. When you contact us, please include your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the problem.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that sale and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
